End-of-Year Test Proctors Needed

Our teachers need your help working as a proctor during end-of-year testing. It is a 2.25 hour time commitment on Thursday, May 25 from 7:15-9:30 AM or 9:30-11:45 AM.

You must be…

  • 18+ years old and not enrolled in grades K-12
  • Registered in the CMS volunteer system (www.cmsvolunteers.com) and select East Meck as the school
  • Willing to attend a brief proctor training session (details coming soon)
  • Signed up for one (or more) slots here

It would mean a lot to us and the teachers to show we are one Eagle family. Thank you for your support and help!

Questions? Contact East Meck’s Testing Coordinator Julia Mercabi (juliab.mercabi@cms.k12.nc.us)

Your Support in Action

Thanks to YOUR generous donations to the PTSO…

Principal Parker presented each staff member with an East Meck embroidered winter beanie at the December holiday party. (And doesn’t Ms. Cooper look adorable?)
Your PTSO give our teachers a delicious and HOT holiday breakfast in December before winter break.
The PTSO delivered goody bags to say thank you to our EMHS counselors for National Counselor Appreciation Week!

We appreciate your support! (And so do our dedicated staff!)

Welcome, Eagles!

Thank you for supporting the East Meck PTSO by donating, joining and representing!
